Did anyone have trouble with Stella Artois sweepstakes win?

But, I can't claim the prize unless I select a size, which is not an option.
 
Yes! I got this same error, and it would not let me select a size. I took a video of the error on my phone, and I wrote to customer service to notify them, and ask that they validate my prize, and Email me directly so I can share the screenshot, and video of the error. I have not yet received a response back. I sent the Email a day and a half ago as of today (11/29)
 
Same happened to me this week - winning screen for the Polaroid Camera, but only the submit button was visible. No place to input my info that was required to claim the prize.

I won a set of 4 chalices. It wanted size (I didn't know there were size options of glasses) but I couldn't put in a size. Disappointed.

who did you email too?
 
Anheuser-Busch is the sponsor for this sweepstakes (not who the marketing company who is running it). Has anyone tried speaking to Anheuser-Busch to see if they can talk to the marketing co and work this out? I'm posting a link to Anheuser-Busch contact us page if anyone wants to see if they can get a response. In the meantime be sure and take screenshots of your prize (on my computer that would be the shift key, windows key, and s key) or take a picture with your cell phone or anything for proof. Try and get a picture of the date & time in the picture frame as they will need to verify the date and time. https://www.anheuser-busch.com/contact-us

I won the jeans, so I screen shot the winning page and I dm'ed them on Twitter. They responded and asked my email addrees, which I gave them. I am waiting for a further response.

I was able to get a email for the people running it [email protected]
