I just walked outside and a package was on my porch ,it was from the tollfree # at Marlboro sweepstakes to pick a free gift ,wow that was faster than i expected ,it is a Very nice sleeping bag , I love it !

Is it the form to verify your ID? If they dont have prove of your ID on file they wont ship prize. I would go ahead and fill it out they are always running promos and you wont have to fill it out again.
