Daily's..........

One time we timed it. If I do all my sweeps uninterrupted without ever getting up to do something else, it took me 2 hours and 10 minutes. However, right now there's alot more sweeps that require more time to enter; so, now, it takes somewhere from 3 to 3 1/2 hours to enter them.

And, yes, I do have a life!! My house is clean and organized and all the chores are done. I have a 3-year-old and newborn that I have to take care of also during the day. :crazytongue:

We went to Germany in March, Orlando for 5 days through Labor Day Weekend, an upcoming trip to NYC the weekend of 10/26, and another upcoming NYC trip that hasn't been scheduled yet. All sweepstakes wins, and that's just the trip wins.

I certainly hope tht you didn't think that I was in anyway putting you down. I think it's wonderful that you are able to enter and win the things that you want. I know it really doesn't take that much time, my problem is that we run a business out of our home and I can't get uninterrupted time. I agree that it use to be alot easier, but with all the new features to try to stop cheaters it does take longer. Continued success to you!

No, don't worry, I didn't think that at all! :)

Unfortunately, I rarely get to sit here and do my sweeps straight through. With two little ones and chores, I'm up and down all day long. :crazytongue:

:sunny: It use to be you didn't have all the secuirty codes that we have to deal with now. I certainly don't know how they did it, but some people with computer hacking knowledge were able to cheat the system to win. They have had to make it more tedious for all the honest folks to enter.

I honestly think that they now taken other security measures, because I feel that some sponsors are starting do away with the security codes (with the exception of ePrize, of course). I just had one the other day where they removed the security code from the entry form.

For me, it takes longer, because some sweeps are getting more involved like Halo (3x), Dairy Queen (3x, they also revamped their entry), or just plain have more pages to go through before you're entered!!

Right now I am down to 146 dailies and 66 IWs. Usually I have about 20 more than this but seems like so many lately involve Nascar racing trips or football trips, which I'm not too interested in. That's not counting weekly, etc. Can't imagine even having enough hours in the day to enter 700??? Wow!

As LIDARKSIDE notes - it's really not that difficult if you forego other leisure activities in lieu of :headbang:

Breaking it into chunks makes it less of a drudge too - I rarely sweep start to finish - too busy trying to answer questions/post info to the notes/etc.

I don't know what I'm at right now, probably 150+ - I don't do trips :headbang:

They have alot of football, baseball, NASCAR, etc., sweepstakes in order to promote the sport during in-season.

Depending how one personally enters their sweepstakes determines how long it will take them to enter all of them.

For me, I know how to use Roboform Pro correctly and fully, I have high-speed cable modem internet connection, and I use all kinds of tricks so that I can enter them quickly. I do not spend all day doing them, nor does it take me much time to do so. I have plenty of time to do anything else I want or whatever needs to be done around here. One can't compare their time spent on sweepstakes to another, because there are different circumstances from person to person which make them enter at different speeds.

LIDARKSIDE: You mention Roboform Pro. I downloaded the free version last January and have been using that ever since. Could you please tell us how the two versions compare and how much time does it save a person. What are the timesaving features of the Pro version? It takes me about 4 hours to enter the 200 - 225 I do, including the IW's which take the longest. I do handtype for cars tho. I have DSL also. Even then I have several tabbed and doing several at a time, specially when on the IW's. I need to find a way to shorten my time doing sweeps. Then there is the time going through and looking for the new ones of the day. It is a wonderful hobby though, just a little time consuming right now.

There's no reason to handtype anything except where Roboform doesn't work like flash forms. You're not going to disqualify yourself by using it.

With Roboform Pro, you have more features. You can save unlimited passcards. Plus, when you left click on a passcard, Roboform Pro will go to the webpage, fill it in exactly how you saved it, and submit it for you usually in 2 to 4 seconds each.

There are other features that the free version doesn't have.

Roboform

It's a form filler, nothing more. Most sponsors get that and don't consider robo "automatic entry" - they are referring to "bots" or programs that enter FOR you.

However, some do say it is a macro, and therefore not allowed. Every person has to make the decision for themselves on whether or not to use Robo.

I'm pretty new to this so I only have around 10 dailies or so...like the weekly sweeps better, I think, like Limbo.com's grab game, although I haven't tried playing on my cell yet. Gotta go register some more...:)
