OK so I go to these Tailgate Party's that Radio Station station here does before home games. This one was at Taco Bell.
They give away 3 prizes - ( 2- tickets to game and prize pack, two people will win this prize)
Then there is the iPad one person will win that.
Two weeks ago I won the game tickets, well I talked to the station owner and asked if I could still play next time for the ipad. I was told yes I can continue to play.
As soon as I win the iPad I can no longer play. Trust me I do not want to waste my time, it is like 2 hours of hanging out there.
Well tonight the Radio DJ drew my name out of the box for the iPad and it was like all hell broke loose.
The Taco Bell Regional Manager was really in my face, she was not happy that I won. As well as the store manager, It was crazy. The radio station was saying I won.
Well she decided to deny my win because I won game tickets last time. I was very upset.
She decided to draw again and not have the DJ pull the name but have a small kid walk up and pull. (However they did put my entry back in the box.)
Well the kid walked up and pulled out my name AGAIN!!!! Holy @#$!
I could not believe it, and neither could they. I started thanking the lord, jumping up and down, and a hoot and a holler.
People were saying "relax it is just a iPad, and calm down your scaring my child" I was kind of like what the heck people. --- All of a sudden I am a monster for celebrating for 30 seconds.
So after more phone calls and debating I was told to go fill out the small information form and that I could pick up the iPad on Tuesday.
So we will see what happens between now and Tuesday.
You never know when management and phone calls are made.
But for right now I am a new iPad Winner!!
