Could my email service provider be blocking win notifications?

Is it possible that my email service provider could be blocking win notifications? I use an email which is provided by comcast.net. I saw a video on youtube about "why you are not winning sweepstakes" which indicated that some large email providers like Verizon and comcast could be blocking notification emails as they would be filtered out as spam. Can anyone advise me whether this is true and, if so, which email providers are best to use for entering sweeps? Thank you.

I use Cox.net, and they have a setting to block spam, flag and deliver spam (which is my setting), or ignore spam and deliver everything (yikes!). Check with Comcast to see if you can manage the spam filters on their service.
