"congrats" screen leads to "sorry"

So I just was doing my instants, and I got to the Glass Dr. Cruise Away Sweep, and recieved a Congratulations screen instead of the sorry screen. It said "click finish to redeem your prize." When I clicked it, it took me back to the slots screen to play again and then to a "sorry" screen. I documented the time and emailed eprize, but I am assuming I will be out of luck. Anyone ever have something like this happen? I will post when I hear back. Thanks!

I think there have been others complaining of the same thing...maybe go back to that sweeps "comments" and see what they said. I always get the plain ol' SORRY screen.

I agree on just getting the sorry screen. I sort of gave up on that one. I am surprised you even got the screen saying you won let alone a real IW! But congrats...and hope you get a prize!

Occasionally the Congratulations screen and Sorry screen both pop up at the same time on this sweeps. It's very frustrating!
