Confirmation Listing was Received

Hi Everyone. I'm new here and have submitted my listings to SA. How do I know if the form was submitted and received? When I finished the form and hit submit, it took me back to the first page again. Am I supposed to get a "confirmation" it was sent?

Another question:

I have 3 giveaways listed on my blog. Can I submit all 3 giveaways? Or am I allowed to only have one listing?

Thank you so much for submitting your sweeps. The best way to check out if they are received is to go back to the home page, click on contact us and send a brief message. This will get to one of our admins quickly and they will check to make sure everything is ok.
