COKE edo card win??????

won a Coke Sweepstakes edo card awhile back. when i redeemed it, all numbers were correct, when i activated it, they said it had 00.00 balance--they could not explain that. told me to wait a couple of weeks and they would find the problem. called them today-it's been 2 weeks-still they had no clue! guess, somehow, it was not really a win.
 
I had about the same problem. I got a validation code, but it said I didn't have anything to be redeemed. I called them. They said they'd straighten it out. That was June 1st. I just got my new validation number yesterday and now the money is on my Edo card, but it took them a long time. It might take a couple of months.
 
:sunny: Congratulations on your win! Just be patient, when they give out 1 every 5 minutes that adds up to alot of prizes.
 
:sunny: Congrats,,, i as well had problems with a validation code around beginning of June, they sent me new code and it worked, now just waiting for card. Hope it works out for you. Just keep sweeping, just keep sweeping
 
I won a card on the last coke sweeps, they even sent me the card, then when I tried to redeem it, it had a 0 balance. I called them and they said, that balance is correct, you have a zero balance. I never used that card, and I got that response when I tried to validate the card. Why would they send a card if it had a 0 balance to begin with ? I tried to explain that to the person, but, they just said, there is a zero balance. These COKE sweeps certainly have bugs that they (COKE) need to address. I can only enter the Sprite sweeps every other day. It says I've already entered, when I have not.
 
Same problem here. My husband won back on 7-9 and still hasn't received his win. They are getting worse with redeeming the code. GL I hope it works out for you.
 
Question for you all :scratch:....Are you speaking of the reloadable or the non-reloadable cards??? I have always opted for the non-reloadable cards and have not had an issue. It took me 2 weeks on the phone :cussing: to finally receive the remaining cards (non-reloadable) they owed to me since back in April/May time-frame. I have not tried to activate any of the 6 that I currently have in my possesion as of yet. That is why I was asking if the cards you are speaking of where re-loadable versus non-reloadable...Just so I will be prepared for what heartache may lay ahead of me..... Thanx :)
 
Go to your winning email & click on the enter code link & reenter code & click edo coke link ,click your code & your cash should be there or they will send card,sorry trying to do this from memory--anyway the submit button is working now-or was working. I had my money on my reloadable card within minutes.did 3 codes this way & 1 code had already said 00.00 balance about 2 weeks before but got it this time.
 
After I activated my card a month ago the balance said "0"! I have called Edo numerous times . First they said it takes 10-14 days to load the card with cash. Now they said they are waiting for Coke to send them the money so they can load the cards with cash. They have no definite time frame to give me, but I should call again in a few days for an update. We'll see.

An update to my previous post- I finally got the money! I got an e-mail stating that my Edo cash card was now loaded with cash ...and it was! So hang in there everybody, it's coming. :cheers:
 
I've won 10 edo cards so far and always chose the non-reloadable card. I've never had a problem receiving or redeeming any of them. The last few cards that I've won (June-Aug) came within a week after redeeming them.

Sorry to hear many of you having problems with your wins. :cry:
 
Most of my cards have now been credited with the $$$...Still waiting on one card to be credited...What a goat-rope this has been!! :scratch: :error:
