I received a winning entry in the instant win for Chili's. A confirmation followed saying that I did win and should submit the form with my address and phone number, so that they can send me GC. After I hit "submit", it came back with a red exclamation mark and a note that said " email exists for member". No idea what this means and it seems like submission was not accepted. I checked my account and the win was not there. How do you contact them? Do you think it went through anyway? I appreciate whatever help you can give me. Thanks! GLA
 
:sunny: Go to Coke Sweepstakes Rewards page. Look at the bottom of page for HELP. When the help page comes up there are several choices, but I didn't see one for your particular problem. So look on the right for: Do you have more questions? Ask Alyssa - click on that and ask away. Hope that helps.
 
Thanks for your reply. I did ask Alyssa and I was bounced back to the FAQ questions. Checked my account today and the win is not there. Is there a number I can call? Think that would help? Thanks again.
