This win will be added to your existing income for the year. It mainly will be whether or not you are low income (15% range) or IF you are higher in the income department. Pleased to see your posting and Congratulations. MOST of the time you don't have to pay taxes on prizes of less than $600 (at least you ususally don't get a W-2 form or is that a 1090?) but who knows what they will come up with next.
