Wow! I won a trip to Detroit, MI to play 18 holes of golf and have lunch with LPGA golfer Emily Bastel! I get roundtrip airfare and a hotel, but it's only for 1 person, for 1 night, so that kind of stinks, but I'm still really excited! I've never won a trip anywhere, so this is awesome! The dates are listed as TBD in the rules, and they didn't specify in the letter or affidavit they sent, so does anyone have any idea when or how will they let me know when I leave and the specifics of everything? I've never flown and I'm a little nervous about doing it alone. Can anyone give me a little pep talk? Lol, thanks in advance :laughing: Good luck everyone!!!
 
:sunny: That's fantastic! Don't worry about flying. I have always had a fear of heights along with some vertigo but flying doesn't bother me. I flew the week after 911 and have been flying ever since with no problems. Have a great time! Once you know which airlines, just be sure to check and see what their carryon/check-in luggage rules are asthey are all changing day to day.
