Can't get into "My Sweeps"

Is anyone else having a problem getting into your "My Sweeps" area?

I did what I had to do was make sure I was logged in and on the home page and then click mysweeps to get to it.

Do you get an error? Please try logging out and back in from

If that doesn't work you might try this ~ from the Home page on the left of your screen is a list going down and on the top of the list is the NEW TODAY ~ select it and when that page comes it will have your drop down menu at the top and have "My Sweeps" in it ~ that is how I have been getting into mine for the last few days...we will find a way to get you there :laughing:

I can't get into "MY Sweeps" also

Tried loggin out and then back in, still dosn't work

Tried to go to new sweeps and use the drop down box still can't get to " My Sweeps "

Is this problem going to be lookied into as I don't seem to be the only one having this problem.

I could get into all of the SA (my sweeps, sweepstakes news, forum, etc.) this morning, BUT when I got back home today at 2:30 p.m. Central time, "a funny thing happened on the way to the forum" (I just had to get that in there :laughing.

When I went to my Favorites and went to SA, I got an old message that I had to "log in." And that was odd. So, I went back to my home page (yahoo), and then went to my Favorites and SA again. This time, the "right" page popped up (the one with the mascot on the left of the screen and with the right date on it), but I was still logged out. So, I went back to my home page and then again to Favorites and SA, and then I was "logged in" as ktshome. I'm sorry, but I never have to log in, except when something goes wrong on your end

And, I can't get into My Sweeps, SA News, etc. either from the left side of the screen or with the pull down menu. I CAN get into Expiring sweeps and New sweeps and the Forum, for some reason, from the left side of the screen.

I have Roadrunner/broadband and all of my other Favorites work well, but not SweepsAdvantage.

I didn't finish my My Sweeps in the morning - I still have one page of the IW and all of the Dailies to do. Help :crazytongue:

As you can tell we are working on the forum and there was a forum element in the my sweeps page that was stopping it from loading. We disabled it for now so that this page can load.

Hang in there Ken I can immagine this is stressful but I have faith in you
