Can not claim a win/ need experienced advice please

I just received a text that I was a potential winner of a $50 Circle K gas card in the Circle K Dr. Pepper text game. However when I click the link in the text and input my information it states that my phone number is not a winning number. I tried it with dashes, spaces, parenthesis etc. to no avail. I even texted the help link which gives me a link to the rules. However the rules will not come up on my mobile or by typing it into my computer. Any advice would be appreciated.
 
Could be possible it takes a little while for your number to be put in? I would try it again tomorrow and if you have no luck, contain Dr. Pepper. Good luck and congrats
 
I don't know, but I often have trouble with anything on my phone. I always forward it to my email and open it on the computer. Maybe that will help?
 
I also received it. Tried on phone, on computer. Tried clicking on rules link it won't open. Tried texting back HELP that didn't get anywhere. If I knew which sweep it was I would contact Dr Pepper. Any clue? There is a football player on the pic.
 
Interestingly enough I texted for help and was able to pull up the link for hipcricket.com. I contacted their customer service dept. and I received an email this morning saying they confirm that my number is a winning phone number and that I need to send them my name, email, address, DOB etc. Hopefully this will give them enough info to process the win.
