Camel - 3 wins now & I never knew

Like others, prizes just show up. Two headphones & a Selfie stick now. I've never had a Winner screen, but I did get one email, and even that had errors: it stated that the prize had shipped, it hadn't, via USPS - but with a UPS tracking #.
I contacted camel sweepstakes, they replied that they are aware & working on the problems, and for my time they're sending me more coupons.
