Burt's Bees - Win but no prize

I recently was an instant winner on the Burt's Bees Spot Lotto game but I couldn't recieve a text message (no contract) so I clicked on the phone link to recieve a call instead. Never heard anything so I called them. They told me that they would get in touch with me within 48 hours and still nothing. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up on this one. Good Luck!

Make sure you use a valid phone number where they can reach you right away after winning.
They will call or txt you a PIN code which you have to enter on their site before they'll tell
you what you won. And have a pen handy to write down that code if your memory is as short as mine

I had the same problem, but finally today they got back to me with instructions and a pin code. I only won samples but hey better than nothing.
