Just got a phone call about this sweep.

I checked the rules and it says they will notify finalist by email but I never got an email just the phone call. Im soooo excited. So if you entered they are notifying finalist. should be 1200 finalist notified. It may sound awful but I hope alot of people from other states entered and dont want to make the trip :laughing: either way I will take a 1 in 1200 chance.

Thanks.. I wish it was on a friday instead of thursday. They will call a name every five minutes until they call the name of someone who is actually there comes forward. wow!! that could make it a really long night if a lot of finalist dont show. what am I saying. :nono: They are gonna call my name first. :laughing:
 
:sunny: Just my luck they would call my name while I was in the restroom! As lucky as you are they probably will call your name shortly after it starts! Then you can drive home in that BMW!
 
Wow! So I need to keep everything crossed for Tracey on Wednesday (well, except my eyes, Mom always said they'd stay that way :laughing:). Seriously, good luck.

My husband, Bob, received an email from BMW/home guest house sweep just a minute ago - not a phone call. I don't know whether he will go or not - we're from Texas....

I just got an email too. Had to RSVP. :scratch: maybe they only called people who live locally?

1 in 1,200? That's really not good odds, but he'll play poker in the casino before and after the drawing :sunny:

I'm not going with him - one of my son's and his family are coming up for spring break weekend and I have to clean house and I have my grandson's birthday party to plan on Saturday :crazytongue: Besides, it's cold and snowy up in St. Charles :whistle:

Bob is going up by train (Amtrak) - it'll take 22 hours from Austin to St. Louis - he'll sleep all the way :sleepy: and then rent a car to get to the casino in St. Charles.

So, two SAs are going to the casino to win the BMW - who are the 1,998....

Im taking my husband so he can push people outta the way when they call my name. :laughing: wow!! thats a trip. for me depending on traffic I can be there in under an hour
