Blank Pages?

We are working on the fixing the search problem and hope to have it fixed by tomorrow. We've never supported Safari on the Mac. We only support Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome.

Still not working as of Wednesday early AM.

Surprised to hear that you don't support Safari, since it's always worked flawlessly with SA in the past. It's also an incredibly popular browser -- used by more Mac users than any other browser as well as by many PC users. There was a time, of course, when Mac users (and Safari) accounted for a very small percentage of users, but that was in "a galaxy far, far away." These days, Mac sales are 14% of the market and account for 66% of sales for computers over $1,000 (representing a higher income demographics) -- nothing to sneeze at (or ignore).

In any case, good luck with finding the problem of blank search pages. Since it seems to be affecting all browsers on all platforms, I think it's likely that when you find the problem, the fix will work for all browsers.

Just a status update. We are still in the midst of trying to discover the problem. I am going back and forth
with the hosting company and another dev team to try and figure this out. We still believe something was
changed in the server environment that is causing the problem. More details as soon as we get them.

New Update: I just escalated this at my hosting company ( again) . The tech I spoke with could not reproduce the problem. ( no blank pages )

This might be some type of network config problem. At least that is what it seems to me. He has sent this to their operations
department.

OK, I tried the listed url's, no luck. Tried IE, can bring up the sweeps I am searching for, Bertolli.com/letscooksummersweepstakes, but when I hit the save it goes blank and it has not been saved in my daily or any other of my sweeps lists.

I tried all the suggested links, but I still get the same problem. I also get a blank page when I click "Save My Sweepstakes"

I can't search in FF, Chrome or IE...cleared cache, used different computer...nothing is working for me.

OK, we found the problem and have corrected the blank page issue. Please be sure to completely clear your web browser cache
and then re-try search and all the pages that were having problems.
