Biggest Surprise Win

I'm going on my longest dry spell ever, so I'm trying to think good thoughts (and momentarily live through other people's wins).

What is the biggest surprise win you've received, and what sweep did you win it from?
 
Mine was a handbag from "SNAPTOTES" ,it was a monthly drawing for a $100.00 handbag personalized with photo of my choice ,I loved it ,I'm having a dry spell too .I hope yours ends soon,good luck.
 
Ok this is probably silly, but this prize meant the most to me.
I won 3 dvds from susan jacobs (thats who it came from, but I think its mungleshow or something). Well the dvds were Ducktails, tailspin, and Tigger and Pooh. The ducktails and tailspin were my fav when I was little.

I've won a big trip, and other things. But the dvds seem to be my favorite wins.
 
Opps you said surprise, it was a tote bag with plasticware from clorox a few months ago.

three damaged cases of apple and fruit sauces held together with a single packing strap and weighed over 50 pounds was on my front step once. That has to be a big surprise, lol. Musselman applesauce contest. :laughing:

Weird was the can of Vapoorize. :scratch:

I take mine back, once I received a $200 stanley tool set in a cute toolbox about a year ago. It was an instant win game where you had to have codes but, since I didn't have any codes I just entered by snail mail. I think it was a coffee sweep.
 
:sunny: When I first started sweeping many moons ago I use to go to this one site that had their own prizes to give away. Geesh, can't even remember now what it was called. I got a notice that I had won a little stair stepper that you can exercise with while you sit in a chair. Well, one day a big semi pulled in front of my house and told me where the package was from and I assumed it was the stair-stepper and told him just to hand me the box. He gave me a really weird look and said that even he couldn't carry any of those boxes. Then I was puzzled. He had a dollie and filled my garage up with several big boxes. When I finally asked him what it was, he told me it was a complete home gym system from Weider! That I would need a room at least 8' x 10' to set it up. I had a small house and certainly didn't have room for that. I sold it to my brother for $500 even though it was worth alot more. I still laugh about that one.
 
My husband, who is number 4 of 12 kids, won a KY basket for his Mom and Dad.

Not exactly the biggest win but it was a surprise...

and something David is still trying to explain to his parents why he entered them. :nono: :laughing:

LOL I love that one! With 12 kids they could use that KY on the door knob to keep them from coming in to surprise them during their special moment. :laughing:
 
My biggest surprise win was about a year ago, I came home from work and there was a huge box on my doorstep...
My heart skipped a beat and I thought I won a tv or something...and when I drug the box inside and tore it open, it was filled with dry ice and Atkins diet pizzas!
It was a win from Womans Day magazine for Atkins diet products ($514)
Great win tho, because I follow the Atkins diet...LOL

I love reading when folks win something they really use. :sunny:

My sister won a computer and about 2 weeks later, he other computer died. That was a great win for her.
 
It wasn't big but it was my first. I won $25 blockbuster card and I was so excited that you actually did win from online sweepstakes. It hooked me from then on.

Still haven't won a "big" one but the little ones certainly add-up. A pair of movie tickets, $5. gc to somewhere, coupons for free soda, ice cream - it all adds up and I still get excited about my wins.
 
Mine was a laptop from Libby's snail mail sweep, I had sent away for 5 scratch off tickets they all came the same day
scratched off 4 and they were no winners then scratch off the bottom part of the ticket it said you won a laptop
I sat still for about 15 minutes in shock before I was able to move , It was the day after Christmas it was such a good win...
