Yep! I have taken medicine and it just isn't helping ~ so I feel your pain! It is my whole jawline and up into my eyes also so I am sure it is my sinuses ~ if you find anything that works let me know!

A case of beer or a bottle of Jack Daniel's--your choice! :crazytongue:

Oh ~ how I wish...even though I'd really rather have some Crown Royal :sunny:

:cussing: Where's all the snow? That's what I wanted to know this morning when I woke up...expecting the promised (and muche talked about) 6-8" of the white stuff! Grrr...howl! NO CHOCOLOTE FOR THE LOCAL WEATHERMEN! Wolfie, quick, draw up a Royal Decree. It snowed here, it pittled, it spit...but in the end, we only received about 2 inches of snow. Another letdown. Where's my Paxil?

Oh, and btw, Mrs. Wolfie -- I know what a snow shovel is. I saw one once on a cable t.v. show I was watching. :crazytongue:

I've always said if you want a job where you can be wrong 95% of the time and still keep your job, be a weatherman! I swear the more advanced their radar gets, the more inaccurate the forecasts. :cussing:

Here is the official decree, NO Chocolate Sweepstakes & Giveaways FOR WEATHERMEN!

Sorry about the disappointment. There's always next year!

Well it has really REALLY picked up here! I bet we have 4 or 5 inches right now and it isn't suppose to stop here until about 2:00p.m. tomorrow afternoon!

As of 11:00pm we have 9 inches of snow and it is STILL snowing ~ grrrrr......... RITA HELP ME!!!!

There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth...yours, ping! Teasing poor 'sticks like that! I'll get you, my pretty. And your little dog too.

My little dog is probably freezing his butt off...and the cats also!!! I swear I'll send it all your way!!! Jimmie is on his way home now and said it is rough ~ he has an hour drive in good weather ~ who knows how long it will take him tonight...I guess he will be glad I made him drive the 4-wheel drive!

Can you believe it is still snowing out there? I just received another text so I checked online and they said it is suppose to continue through the night and we should wake up to 4-8 inches or so. I hope so, my kids want to build a snowman, they have never built one so this would be great. This was my kids first real snowfall, we had 1 night last year that snowed some and it was while they were sleeping and melted the next morning when they got on the bus for school. They didn't get to play in it and had the best time today. We used the snow from the trampoline and had a snowball fight! I caught hubby watching us out the window smiling, LOL. I wish he would have came out. Snow doesn't really excite him but, then again he has been worried sick about his brother (Admitted into the hopsital today).

I will take more pictures tomorrow morning if it stays. I would now but, they wouldn't come out very well. We also have icicles forming on the roof, I have had water dripping in the house all evening.

Well, even though it is cold, the sun has come out and it is melting...so our snow is going slowly down! Jimmie and the kids got up and out early this morning and went out and played while I stayed in and fixed a roast for dinner! It was so deep that the four-wheeler wouldn't go in it so they had a ball!

They all came in a took a nap  I'm just glad it stopped before it was suppose to! We had some snow drifts that were about 3 feet ~ needless to say the cats were not happy campers this morning!!

You guys are funny. You can tell you don't get snow much. Anything under a foot of snow to me is disappointing. If this dang rain here were snow, we'd have five feet of snow by the time it's done. I wish it were. Our backyard is turning into a pond! I love being snowed in, opening the garage door with all the snow falling in and not being able to get out because it's well above what a snow blower can go through :crazytongue:

We don't get much snow and to me it is way too MUCH!!! I didn't like it that much when I was young ~ I have never liked being cold ~ give me the beach anytime ~lol!!!

I like a balance of everything; because by the time I'm sick of one season, we're into the next. I couldn't have most of the same thing most of the time. Florida and Canada, nice places to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!

So, you'd rather take swimming with the sharkies over snow!

Hmm, that dar pond is getting bigger. Right now, we're having 40 to 50 mph winds with 60 mph gust. Trees are gonna be coming down!

Here Jawsie, Jawsie

Did you see that hammerhead they caught in shallow water down in Florida. I think someone's been giving sharks steroids. These darn things are getting bigger and bigger and more aggresive. I used to go in all the time, no more--never, never again! My husband's friend had some people out fishing on his 23-footer. They were just packing it in to go back when a shark longer than his boat came up next to them. Talk about throwing that boat into full throttle. They hightailed it in real quick. I'll only go in a pool after I check it first! :crazytongue: Would you believe that they found 12 3- to 4-foot gators here on Long Island last year--some in lakes and ponds. Now, we have to watch for gators too! Stupid people! Don't they know those little lizards they buy down South get real big! :nono:

I saw all the footage of the sharks coming in last month and they had to pull all the people off out of the water ~ all I could think of is how badly I want to be IN the water!!! I just LOVE it! I love everything about the ocean!

Believe me, I always loved swimming in the ocean; but, regardless of what some might claim, there has definitely been a significant increase in shark attacks. They found one going upstream in a river not to long ago! Could you imagine living in Australia where they also have salt-water crocs. :error: You wouldn't want to know what they have pulled out of sharks stomachs. I'm sure that helps answer some missing person queries! Nope, I'll lay on the beach, but I'm not going in anymore!
