My hubby got an email that said he was one of the winners of the 46" aquos tv from the blue man group universal orlando IW...there were 10 grand prize TVS for the sweeps part. :popcorn:
 
Wow--what a lucky husband you have! Congratulations. Hopefully we'll see 9 more SA folks winning these.
 
I won a AQUAOS TV from the Universal Orlando Blue man group as well! this is my first big prize and I went to get the affidavit notorized, but the notary wouldn't do it because they want my social security number and she said there is so much fraud that is probably not legitimate. Is it normal to have to give you ss#? I assumed it was for tax reasons. Thanks for you help!
 
Universal Orlando has to have your SS# for the 1099 form they will send you next January. They must report your win to the IRS and you must claim the $3,100 win on your 2009 tax return. Find another notary and quickly. You only have 10 days from yesterday for them to receive your documentation.
 
Thanks for your help! I just got it notarized and will mail it off- the other notary just had me flustered. Congratulations to you and you husband by the way.
 
:wave: Congratulations on your AQUOS TV win! Is it a Sharp brand? If so, I won a Sharp, Aquos 46" flatscreen last year...it is nice. Very nice.
