Received code in email last week. Spent it already on some nice Tervis Tumblers.

My daughter won the $100 on Jan 20th. When the code did not work she called a few days later. Was told she would receive new code in 7 to 14 days. Waited....nothing so she called again Feb 15th was told this time 7 to 10 business days. So you might want to call them again.

I'm so irritated! I got my code today and the pin number is "invalid". So LAME! I just went through this with the champs game during the holidays. I called them up, and they said they'd fix it, but nothing.

My husband too, same problem, invalid pin number... (or invalid length or something like that). He got the email the other day, so excited, now it doesnt' work.. totally bummed. this one on a $50 one, so it's not just you guys with the $25 ones Anyone have a way to contact them? We tried to reply to the email, but it was a "no reply" so of course I got a mailer daemon back
