Anyone ever use these?

I can't tell from their FAQ - does the mystery site in question also enter you into one-time-only sweeps? I'm kinda paranoid that they'd try to enter me into something that I've already entered for.

This is from their FAQ page on what sweeps they don't enter you in.

"Sweepstakes where automatic or 3rd party entry is specifically prohibited"

I set my account up for entries for my mom. I AM NOT endorsing this. This is something I personally chose to try.

The other thing I question is why, if some sponsors do allow this third-party entry, don't they state it in their rules. At one time Lifetime TV and Jewelry.com were letting EZSweeps submit entries for its members every time they logged in to EZSweeps, and it stated such in their rules.

They may not see a reason to mention it in their rules. Having said that, they can't disqualify you for using the service if they don't tell you in the rules NOT to use said service. Well, they CAN - but it wouldn't be ethical of them to DQ a potential winner for something that isn't addressed in the rules.

I personally will not use them, I want to follow the rules and hope for the best! The most I use to help with sweeps is Roboform. Also, it would take the thrill out of winning for me if I had someone else do the work for me.

It's an Orange Juice drink. I believe Orange Julius which is a company is owned by the same parent company as Dairy Queen. They were popular in the 70's and 80's and are now becoming popular once again. That's about all I know. Hope it helps.

If I remember, the drinks were a predecessor to a smoothie

Oh like Jamba juice (which I only know about from the promotions)! I haven't been to a mall in years-never been in a Target store....I might as well have been locked in a closet since about 1988....
