I won the $10 PitchinCard the first time i played this previous weekend, so of course i logged right on to bestbuy, I followed the instructions in the email from MyCoke to get my card, created an account at BestBuy got a PitchinCard and sent an email with the code to have the $10 loaded onto the card, received the card today in the mail, called, activated the card and theres no money on it so I called BestBuy, after being transfered 5 times and 1 hour and 45 minutes that I spent on the phone with them, I still dont have my $10 on the card, and nobody from Bestbuy even knew anything about the instant win contest! so they opened a ticket and i should get a phone call within the next 72 hours with a solution to the problem from BestBuy Unbelievable today isnt my day

You need to contact MyCokeRewards.com regarding the problem. They're the ones that need to correct the problem. :wave:

LIDARKSIDE is correct. You need to contact MyCokeRewards to get this corrected. If you called a local BestBuy store it doesn't surprise me that the employees are not even aware on this contest. When I won free pizza from the Pappa John's/ MyCokeRewards IW my local store called and asked what the free code was and how I received it since they had no knowledge of that IW. But if you called a BestBuy corporate office and they have no knowledge of this IW it raises an eyebrow.
I feel your pain. I won as well and so did my dad. We followed all of the instructions given in the "congrats" email. We both received our cards in a weeks time but alas to date nothing has been loaded on the card. I didn't even receive so much as a response from the email that mycokerewards informs you to send. Not to mention I'm kinda getting the run around from mycokerewards in trying to resolve the matter. I don't quite understand why they made this sweepstake so difficult, why not just send the cards preloaded like they did with the last Best Buy gift card sweeps. Don't get me wrong I'm happy that I won but I'd be even happier if I actually got the price not just a useless plastic card. I don't quite know how much energy I want to put into trying to resolve this I mean I can use every dollar but it seems like its more trouble than it's worth.
