well it finally happened, I hadn't wanted to post this win because I wanted to make sure it was legit. I got an e-mail Monday stating that I had won the Trace Adkins trip to Paris. I then received a UPS overnight envelope with the same info. I then believed it was legit. I made the call and my fiancee and I ARE GOING TO PARIS FRANCE YEAAAAAAAAAA!

Wow!!! Congrats!!!

Paris is a beautiful city....so much to do. Make sure you go to Sacre Coeur (sp?) and see a view of the city. You can spend a lifetime in this beautiful city. And if you don't speak any French try to pick up a few words. In the eyes of the French, poorly-spoken French is better than none.

You will love it!!!
 
Congratulations! I am so happy for you. My dream is to win a trip so those are usually the ones I enter as well. Have a great time and thanks for the inspiration. :wave:

Wow, congrats! I have been to Paris, and can recommend the Ile de la Cite and the old quarter, le Marais. The Moulin Rouge (red mill in English), is in an area called le Pigalle, the red light district. We saw hookers in lingerie on the street. Okay, let's not go there. :whistle:

Oh Congratulations, France is so beautiful. YOu will have the best time, just make sure you spend lots of time at cafes sipping your wine and eating their delicious food- no one is in a hurry and that is what makes it so nice. If you have time get over to the countryside for a few days, just beautiful. Oh you are making me want to travel!! Enjoy!
