I just looked at this again. I am not sure which sweepstakes this is for. It looks like there were two sweeps through ABC Family. One called 25 Days of Christmas and one called 25 Days of Giveaways. The 25 Days of Giveaways is the DVDs etc. The 25 days of Christmas is a Disney sweeps. Am I correct? My email says 25 Days of Christmas.

This 25 Days of Christmas, celebrate the holidays and show your Disney Side with our 25 Days of Christmas Sweepstakes! The Grand Prize winner will receive a five day/ four night vacation for the winner and up to three guests to the Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida.

So, I got another email. It still doesn't say what I won. They received by initial information and now I have to fill out an Affidavit of Eligibility and return it to them. I have to have it notarized. Is that normal? I have never had to have one notarized.
 
Yes, having an affidavit notarized is normal. I have had a couple, but they always named the prize and sweeps, and included a copy of the Official Rules.

Did you try asking what the prize is? Also, you can request a copy of the official rules. You may want to know the ARV before you decide to accept the prize.

Congrats on your win! Yes, a required notary is normal for the larger prizes, especially when the ARV is $600 or more. However, I have had to complete plenty of notarized affys for smaller prizes, too. Enjoy.
 
Oh my goodness! How exciting. I would love to win a trip to Disney for my family. Someone would probably have to pick me up off the floor! Congratulations and have a wonderful time.
