Prizes/Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"): Three (3) Monthly Prizes (one prize awarded per Monthly Drawing): three (3) days/two (2) nights trip for two (2) to a PEOPLE Hot Spot and VIP treatment. The trip will be to one of the following locations: New York City, NY; Las Vegas, NV, or Los Angeles, CA. The location will be selected solely by Sponsors at the time the prize is awarded. Trip includes: round-trip coach airfare and a two (2) night stay for each winner (each a Winner) and one (1) guest at a luxury hotel. Prize may include: one (1) dinner for two at a restaurant selected by Sponsors, entrance to a club selected by Sponsors, car service to and from the club, and spa treatment for Winner and guest. Alcoholic beverages will not be included in the dinner portion of the prize. (ARV: $5,000.00 per prize). Actual value depends on location of Winner and fares at time of departure but not to exceed $5,000.00 If actual value of the trip is lower than ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Round-trip coach-class airfare is from/to a major commercial airport nearest Winners primary residence (to be determined by Sponsors) to the location selected by Sponsors. Ground transportation will replace airfare if any Winner resides in or within 100 miles radius of location. Selection of hotel will be at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsors. All meals, ground transportation, taxes, gratuities, incidentals, service charges or other expenses not specified herein are not included and are the Winners sole responsibility. All trips must be taken by 12/31/08. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsors designated agent. Travel subject to availability and certain blackout dates and restrictions may apply. If, for any reason whatsoever, any Winner (or its guest) cannot travel after all travel arrangements are made and paid, then the Sponsors shall have no further obligation to the Winner and/or guest. If any prize is forfeited prior to Sponsors finalizing and paying for travel, the forfeited prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries for the given Monthly Drawing. Winners and their guests must travel together on the same itinerary including same departure and return dates and are solely responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Winners guests will be required to complete and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel. A parent or legal guardian must accompany a traveling minor. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received per month, estimated at 1:70,000.
