A quick poll- When did you win over $1000?

Be4 I won my first million hun it took ABOUT a year but this was 11 years agao when this site didnt exist. I was a CONTEST sweeper years agao. It took me about 4 months to hit my first big win, the Country Living/Phillips sweepstakes. I won the TV worth 1500 but haven't received it yet. I have had 3 other small wins sinc I started late last year. I am entering about 120 daily sweeps with Roboform and every single entry sweep I want to win. I am wondering where I would find 600 daily sweeps to enter.
 
Are you ADDING the dailys you play & the daily IA " instant wins" to your ADD to my sweepstakes LEX??? If you are you should soon be counting at least 600 & THE really awesome thing is on your SWEEPSTAKES you add it shows all the GAmes THAT HAVE EXPIRED and ask if you want to remove them & POOF. :popcorn: More SWEEPS MORE SWEEPS :popcorn:
 
I have never won anything valued at $1000. My first Grand Prize win came last week. It was an instant win. I won a Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii...... HOpefully that ain't my last GP. I wanna win $25K, a great vacation, and a car. Those are my dream wins...... A Wii was on that list, and I got to check it off last week..... Wishing you much luck ....... Your time will come... At least that's what they say... lol
 
:laughing: NO HUN NOT A MIL My way of saying my BIG money prize of my SWEEPS career :laughing: But my 1st few thousand on a perfume sweeps. I have won the lottery a few times SMAll AMOUNTS IN A THOUSANDS from 20.00 scratch OFFS never a MIL but that dnt count as SWEEPING. :laughing:

I stopped entering the lottery after I started sweeping- why pay for a ticket when I can enter a sweep for free? Can't win Millions, but that's ok. If I was as lucky as the girl most likely- then I would keep playing!

I think I should have clarified that I meant how long did it take to win $1000 in total prizes- not one big Grand Prize.

Technically speaking, it was years before I'd won anything aside from a shirt or a low-priced electronic.

In reality, when I restarted sweeping in '06, it was 5-6 months before I won something valued at over $1000. I entered daily, playing instants and the expiring sweeps, and then entering everything else that I could get my hands on - probably 50-100 daily, plus another 400-1000 on the weekends.

Since I've started sweeping again in August of '07, I've not won anything more than a $75 prize, but the wins are still fun!
 
I do NOT post most WINS SWEEPS or LOTTERY because I NEVER EVER want anyone else to be HURT by it. Alot of us mates have dry SPELLS for a long TIME be4 we win another priZe of some type. A FEW sweepers SEEM TO BE VERY DEPRESSED or UPSET when they dont WIN anything for a period and those individuals make me skip the WHAT DID YOU WIN chapter every WIN unless its a BIG BIG BIG win...and MR DOUG 20.00 to have a chance to WIN a FUN 10.000 & 25.000 & 50.000 IS WORTH THE 20.00 once a week...I had a BIG arguement with a close INDY deputy last year ( He was having a affair with a close dep friend behind his wife our girlfriends back another deputy lol )Took off ...went into a base station for gas BALLED & throwing my keys on my friend who works in it screaming like a child at her JOE hates me ...GOD hates me... ( BAD DAY) I never WIN anything either ...Bought two or three scratch offs WON a 1.000 ON ONE LIKE 50.00 ON THE OTHER & 5.00 on the 3rd :laughing: NEVER give UP :crazytongue:

I started sweeping in May 2006 - the first win was in July 2006, when I won a digital camera (which I gave to my husband). In other months in 2006, I won $100 gift cards (2 or 3) (those were Christmas presents), $500 gift card to Jackson and Perkins (I kept that!), camping gear (about $300 worth), which I gave to my three grown kids for Christmas, and a few $10 and $20 gift cards.

In January 2007 I won a trip to Paris :crazytongue: I couldn't believe it - six nights, seven days, hotel and airfare, worth $5,000....my husband and I went in September. And in May/June 2007 I won the laptop that I am typing this on ($700), and lots of IWs, $10 gift cards.

So far, in 2008, all (!) I have won is $25 in gas from Shell.

This a GREAT hobby! Where else can you get something for nothing, except time :headbang:

I enjoy my small wins the most like my GC and movies and even my bread. :laughing:

I was just speaking for myself. If people want to play the lottery- then they should.

And you are right very few sweeps offer cash prizes as high as a lottery or scratcher.

But, Ive been watching Dave Ramsey lately and he hates the lottery and it started to make a bit of sense to me.

I understand what you said about people being depressed about not winning. People here spend lots of time sweeping and want to be rewarded by the effort they put in.

I am law enforcement Yes Doug NOT a DEPUTY... A law enforcement invest for the TAG 8 team which includes several law enforcement agencys as DEI FBI DEPS & CHP. As much as I can share right now they are all TASKING on a BIG project out of New mexico . I was married to a SHERIFFS DEPUTY who was murdered LOD ( line of duty) while on patrol and stayed alone for many years after now Im remarried to another SHERIFFS DEPUTY ( Marc) (My first husbands partner) Same drug team they were on together. Im also a ret nav officer 23 years Came back from Saudi for the Iraq crap with CHF congestive heart failure.
 
I started in Aug 2006 and really have only won smaller wins. I may have just now toped $1000 with the xbox I just won. That's my largest so far and it's $500. Last year I won a GPS at $300 so if I add the smaller IWS with these 2 larger ones I've reached $1000.

I'm patient so I'll just keep wining.

:crazytongue: No thank you NEEDED Ive been working since the navy at 18 (17) in boots Its my nature to GO GO GO. I know no differant AND yes I miss my DEP more than anything in life. I really had a battle with " GOD" for a few years why he would let such a awesome young man be killed and taken who resqued me from DIRT.
