Enter the TCL 4K Football Challenge 2018 Week Three Sweepstakes. You enter (5) ways, choose your player from the drop-down menu, then unlock more entries! There will be (34) random drawings from valid and qualifying entries to select (2) winners for each week during the Sweepstakes.

The winners will be notified by e-mail using the address provided on the entry form. The Prize Winner must respond to Sponsor’s official notification within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt of notification (“Deadline”).
If any Winner notification remains unanswered by the Deadline, the Prize will be forfeited in its entirety.
The Prize is not transferable; no Prize substitutions or cash alternatives are allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner, if Prize winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt of official notification.


PRIZE AND RETAIL VALUE: The Prize for each winner will be one of the following:
(1) 43-inch TCL® 4K Roku Television (Model # 43S405) with an MSRP of approximately $369.99; or,
1) 55-inch TCL® 4K Roku Television (Model #55S405) with an MSRP of approximately $499.99 (the “Prizes”).

Prize winner will not receive the difference between actual and approximate retail value, if any. Prize winner is expressly prohibited from selling, attempting to sell, or profiting from the sale of the right to redeem or claim the Prize. All federal, state, and local taxes and fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: This is a game of chance. Odds of winning are based on the eligible number of valid, qualifying entries. There is no method of accurately forecasting the number of valid, qualifying entries. For example, if there are 10,000 valid, qualifying entries prior to the winner being drawn on a Winner Selection Date, the chances of an entrant that submitted (1) valid and qualifying entry winning a Prize in the November 9, 2018 drawing is (2) chances in 10,000 (1:10,000).

There will be (2) random drawings from valid and qualifying entries on each of the Winner Selection Dates.
All valid, qualifying entries received during the Sweepstakes are eligible for the drawing. As the number of valid, qualifying entries increases during the Sweepstakes, the corresponding odds of winning a Prize is thereby decreased.

HOW TO ENTER: Entrants can enter the Sweepstakes via online method only by visiting http://www.tclusa.com, clicking on the “Enter Contest” link, filling out the Gleam.io entry form, and following the instructions to complete the entry. Entrants are eligible to submit entries via the following social media entry methods (entrants MUST use entry method #1 to enter the Sweepstakes):

(1) Pick your player (this is a mandatory step to enter the Sweepstakes) by selecting either Jarvis Landry or Melvin Gordon;

(5) Refer friends for Extra Entries (each individually a “Social Media Entry Method”, and together, hereinafter referred to as the “Social Media Entry Methods”) submitted by visiting the www.Gleam.io website.

Each Entrant is eligible to submit (1) valid and qualifying entry per Social Media Entry Method, except that multiple entries under the “refer friends for extra entries” entry method are allowed in Week Ten. Entrants that submit more than one entry per Social Media Entry Method, except under the “refer friends for extra entries” entry method, will be disqualified and all such entries by that entrant will become null and void.

VALID AND QUALIFYING ENTRIES: Entrants should submit a valid and qualifying entry via online method only by filling out the Gleam.io entry form and following the instructions to complete the entry.

Entrants should submit entries that are in good taste, with no graphic language or images.

All entries from individuals under the age of (18) are not permitted. Entries from those who reside outside the United States or in the states of New York, Florida, Rhode Island, Alaska, or Hawaii are not permitted.

Those who submit entries that are under the age of (18), who submit an entry and reside in the states of New York, Florida, Rhode Island, Alaska, or Hawaii, or submit entries containing graphic images or language, or any elements that are deemed to be graphic in nature or otherwise in poor taste, will be considered void and disqualified entries (“Non-Qualifying Entries”).

All entries will be reviewed by a three-person panel comprised of employees of TTE Technology, Inc. (“Sponsor”) to eliminate any Non-Qualifying Entries.
The winners will be chosen at random from valid and qualifying entries.

The winners will be notified by e-mail using the address provided on the entry form. The (2) Week Ten winners will be randomly selected at 9:00 AM (California Time) on November 9, 2018. The deadline for entering a valid and qualifying entry in the Week Ten Sweepstakes drawing is 8:00 AM (California Time) on November 9, 2018.

SWEEPSTAKES ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are (18) years of age or older, except this Sweepstakes is not open to residents of New York, Florida, Rhode Island, Alaska, and Hawaii. Employees of Sponsor, TCL Corporation, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, promotion, and other vendor agencies involved in this Sweepstakes, affiliates of the Player Participants, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee or Player Participant, are not eligible. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

IMPORTANT: As a condition of accepting a Prize in this Sweepstakes, the Winner agrees to execute and return to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Release of Liability (if applicable), and document authorizing Publicity release within five (5) days of Winner notification by Sponsor. In addition, the Winner must provide Sponsor with a fully executed IRS Form W-9. Sponsor will provide each winner with the documents to execute. Failure to provide Sponsor with executed Affidavit of Eligibility, executed Release of Liability (if applicable), executed document authorizing Publicity, and an executed IRS Form W-9 (“Winner Documentation”) will result in the forfeiture of the Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner if Winner Documentation is not received by Sponsor within (5) calendar days of Sponsor’s Winner notification.

SWEEPSTAKES TIMING: Entries for the Sweepstakes will be accepted beginning at 9:00 AM (California Time) on September 4, 2018, and the deadline for entering the Sweepstakes is 11:59 PM (California Time) on December 27, 2018 (the “Promotional Period”). All valid and qualifying entries will be included in the random drawings on the Winner Selection Dates. The winners will be notified within forty-eight (48) hours of each of the random drawings. There is no advantage provided to entrants that enter the Sweepstakes on any specific date or time within the Promotional Period. The winners will be notified by e-mail using the address provided on the entry form.

SWEEPSTAKES WINNER, PRIZE SELECTION, AND NOTIFICATION: This is a game of chance.
Odds of winning are based on the eligible number of valid, qualifying entries.

There will be (34) random drawings from valid and qualifying entries to select (2) winners for each week during the Sweepstakes.

The (2) Week Ten winners will be randomly selected at 9:00 AM (California Time) on November 9, 2018.

The deadline for entering a valid and qualifying entry in the Week Ten Sweepstakes drawing is 8:00 AM (California Time) on November 9, 2018.The winners will be notified by e-mail using the address provided on the entry form.

The Prize Winner must respond to Sponsor’s official notification within (72) hours of receipt of notification (“Deadline”).
If any Winner notification remains unanswered by the Deadline, the Prize will be forfeited in its entirety.
The Prize is not transferable; no Prize substitutions or cash alternatives are allowed.
Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner, if Prize winner does not respond within (72) hours of receipt of official notification.

PRIZE AND RETAIL VALUE: The Prize for each winner will be one of the following:

(1) 43-inch TCL® 4K Roku Television (Model # 43S517) with an MSRP of approximately $399.99; or,
(1) 55-inch TCL® 4K Roku Television (Model #55S617) with an MSRP of approximately $649.99 (the “Prizes”).

Prize winner will not receive the difference between actual and approximate retail value, if any. Prize winner is expressly prohibited from selling, attempting to sell, or profiting from the sale of the right to redeem or claim the Prize. All federal, state, and local taxes and fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. Sponsor will comply with all income tax reporting obligations, if applicable (See Sweepstakes Eligibility Requirements above).

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By entering the Sweepstakes, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Jarvis Landry, Melvin Gordon, and their respective parent companies, representatives, representative agencies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, affiliated charities, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any Prize won, including any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the Prize winner(s). In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes, or determines in its sole discretion and judgment to terminate the Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, storm or other weather-related event, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes without further obligation and, if so, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the Prize or Prizes from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event, or to not award a Prize or Prizes. In the event that a football game is postponed or cancelled for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute another prize in place of the Prize in its sole discretion. The Prize is not transferable by the Prize winner(s) to any individual, entity, or group. All entries are the property of Sponsor and are not returnable. The laws of the State of California (USA), without regard to its conflict of law rules, will govern these Terms. All entrants agree to and acknowledge that any action relating to this Sweepstakes shall be initiated only in the state and federal courts located in Riverside County, California (USA).

ONLINE REGISTRATION: This Sweepstakes is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall be construed and evaluated according to U.S. law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are a resident of New York, Florida, Rhode Island, Alaska, or Hawaii. Repetitive automated electronic submission of entries is prohibited, and any such entries will be disqualified. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the account submitted at the time of entry. In the event of a dispute, the potential winner may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the identified account, and Sponsor’s decision will be final. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, including any error that may result in an erroneous appearance of qualification for a Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment or software that results in loss of entry. Copies of the official rules for this Sweepstakes can be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope with return postage postmarked by June 30th, 2019 to: TTE Technology, Inc., Attn: 4K Football Challenge 2018 Week Ten Sweepstakes Rules Request, 1860 Compton Avenue, Corona, California 92881. Residents of Vermont and Washington may omit the return postage in their request for a copy of the official rules.
