$5 Venmo from Blue Moon?

Got an instant win of $5 via Venmo from Blue Moon. I created a Venmo account so I could participate in this contest. However, the win e-mail that I received says that they're going to send $5 to the phone number I used when registering for the contest and that I need to go into the Venmo App and claim. Well, I'm on the app, but I don't see any option to claim anything. The e-mail I got also says "This code may be used only once." but I don't see any code, nor are there any instructions in regards to how one would input such a code. Has anyone else won this contest and know anything about what's going on here? Do I just need to wait? Or should I be getting in touch with someone?

Yes I’ve won $5 twice from that game and never received it. Normally it’s automatically deposited into ur Venmo. I tried emailing them to see what the problem was but the email wouldn’t go through.

I am STILL waiting as well. My win was back in November....wonder if anyone has actually gotten it?

I won this too 3 weeks ago and it's still not in my Venmo account. I've had the app for a few years so it's not new. Oh well.
 
I won the blue moon as well $5.00 11/9 wondered what was up! But i just received $50.00 fanatics gift card from mikes hard sometimes it just takes longer!
 
I won on 11/24 and haven't received it yet either. The last promotion was pretty much instantaneous but this time seems different.
