bdiane34, To answer your question. Yes I had trouble too. I called Camel and they verified my win and information. They instructed me to send a email to [email protected] Camel instructed me to give them my email address and phone number with a brief summary about my issue. I just did this. They say you will get a response in 12-24 hours. So lets hope they fix the problem.
