Normally you don’t have to fill out a w-9 unless it’s valued at $600 or more.

Congrats! It's very rare, but I have had to do paperwork on a couple of small wins myself. One was so small, it was not even worth the time and energy. Sorry, I have not dealt with the gameshownetwork company before. Aren't they a television channel? I would assume they are legit.

Congrats! I have had to fill out forms for some smaller prizes before too. Games Show Network is a legitimate channel so I think you can trust them
