I just called TPG Rewards regarding the "There has been a problem processing your request. NO TRANSACTION FOUND. Please verify your card information and try again later or contact support" message when trying to check the card balance. She said it's not showing the balance because I haven't made any transactions yet. So the "no transaction found" message is basically meaning I haven't made any transactions with the card yet. You can still call the number on your printed e-card and they can confirm there's $100 loaded on the card.
 
Oh. I thought I could convert it to Amazon, like with the camel sweepstakes wins?
