I don't know how many members on here have ever won anything from fishbowlprizes.com. I have had a pretty bad experience lately with a win from June of 2016. I was a winner for $100 in primetimeclothing through fishbowlprizes.com. On July 10, 2016 I finally decided to use the e-certificate that I was sent. I had to use all $100 in order for it to work, which meant that shipping was $14.00, and submitted my order. About 2 weeks later I hadn't received anything yet so I contacted the company by email on July 22, 2016. The response that I received said they(primetimeclothing) just got my money from my bank and a tracking number should be sent within a few days letting me know when the shipment should arrive. On August 3rd, 2016 still nothing has shown up or even a tracking number, so I again contacted the company and they told me the package was sent over 1 week ago. Needless to say I found out primetimeclothing is located in Canada and they use Canada Post, which I am not familiar with at all. I received a email from the company today August 4th, 2016 saying they refunded my money. Not sure if that means my order is no longer and the prize was forfeited or not. Hoping they try and resend the order because I was looking forward to the hoodie.

This type of situation is a first for me. Has anyone else ever had a similar situation? How common is this in the world of sweepstakes?

tugboat29 - AFAIK fishbowlprizes.com is a platform not a sponsor, and we need to check the rules for each specific promo and make sure the prize [primetimeclothing] can be used by us -

in this case it looks like primetimeclothing went out of business in July 2014;

I received an email that I won a peppermint chocolate ice cream cake from a Fishbowl contest I had indeed entered. I had to respond with my contact info, which I promptly did. Then I received an email from the sponsor that this contest was only for people in Malaysia (?!!) and the prize would not be fulfilled. I do not recall seeing anything about Malayasia-only during the entering process!
