📬 Best Email for Sweeps? Gmail is Failing Me 😩

Hey sweepers!

I’m diving back into sweepstakes and realizing… Gmail just isn’t cutting it.
I swear I won more when I was using Yahoo (even though search was clunky—and maybe it filtered too? ). Gmail’s been acting up: filtering stuff weirdly, signing me up for junk, and honestly…
I feel like I'm missing notifications—maybe even wins!
I’ve adjusted all the filters, but I still have doubts.

I’m open to switching—even paying—for something better.
What email service do you use and love for sweeps?

I have a Gmail email account, but I use Microsoft Outlook to manage my emails. I haven't noticed an over abundance of spam, but you will not completely avoid spam. The goal is to minimize it.

Outlook comes with a "To-Do List", which can be set up to provide a daily reminder to enter your sweeps. In it you can set the frequency of the reminders, and the duration.

I empty my inbox daily of all spam, and for anything I want to keep I set up a folder in my inbox to save those, my goal is to keep my Inbox empty. Having an empty Inbox makes it easier to identify the important emails. After deleting emails from my inbox, I go to my Trash folder and empty it too. This makes it easier to identify any errant emails that Outlook thinks is spam and deletes it for me.

Outlook works for me and I have been very happy it.

I use Spark Mail to manage my gmail, yahoo and other email account all in one place. You never lose a message because messages are archived for searching at any point.
