I would suggest you post on https://stockx.com. I would assume you would pay $2-2.5 k taxes on that prize. I would target for selling between 3-4k. You might want to take high-quality pictures or a detailed description on your eBay product page. It can definitely take a while though.

I think ebay limits selling gift cards to the value being $500 or less. I think the winner did the right thing to decline the prize. Unfortunately when you win a big prize, you maybe losing money when you factor in taxes. blind.com is a very niche category. I once won a $250 gift card to MLS...

congrats. U would be surprised how much people would be willing to pay for collectible sneakers. May not get 7k for them, but try ebay or stockx. Probably would get more then what you pay taxes on them.
