Used codes??

I mailed away for land o lakes code request. Got a bunch back, and those worked fine. The one I got today. I typed it in, and it said, "Already used". :scratch: How can that be? And what am I sopposed to do about it? Do I just forget about it. Or can I complain? I know for sure I didnt use it, and I typed the right ones in exactly.
 
Same thing happened to me it was about 4-5 codes, I emailed them and they sent me an apology and a bunch of new codes through email.
