I Actually won a Steamy Kitchen Contest

Nice! I won one of those a few months ago. It was a total shock when that spinner landed on the prize. I put it in the same category of the AARP instant wins - it's a numbers game. Just keep playing and some day you will get it! (Coincidentally, I won a $10 gift card the AARP today.)

Congrats! I gave up on Steamy Kitchen sweeps because of their low ROI/ROW value. (Return on investment/Return on Wins) When it comes to recurring giveaways or sweeps, if I don't win once a year at a minimum, I move on. These are similar to the Leite's Culinaria ones, but I win at least one of those every year so the time invested pays off. For Steamy Kitchen, I moved on after nearly two years of them not paying out.
 
Never have won one of those either so it is good to hear that somebody won. I think I would faint if the wheel stopped on a winning space! Congrats!
