Hide Unwanted Sweeps

There is currently not a way to hide sweeps.
I have a workaround - I search for & use SWEEPSCHECK to mark certain sponsors off so when I look at NEW I can quickly skip past those!
I also use Sweepscheck for the 'One Time Only' Sweepstakes. I sweepscheck every One Time Sweeps as I see them (whether I entered them or not). Then, I only pay attention to those ummarked One Time Only sweeps (removing the unwanted sweeps... in a way). 
I also filter by going to: One Entry Sweeps, Sweepscheck Date from the drop down, then choose Ascending order. This will bring up all of the unchecked sweeps. Thus you are kind of ignoring ones you have read and will not enter. I hope that wasn't super confusing! Best of Luck to You!
