My first Affy! Woohoo! I'm sooooo excited!!!!!

I received an affy in the mail today from the Fred Claus Naughty or Nice sweep.Time Warner Cable is the sponsor. It says I was one of the weekly winners. My prize is........MP3 player valued @ 299.00. YEAH!!!!!!!!!! Woohoo!!!!! Merry Christmas to me!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!

I am really excited. This is my biggest win and my first affy. :blob: :blob:

Does anyone have a clue as to which MP3 player it could be? Does anyone know where to go for a notary?

I have until 12/23 to get it back to them. Of course, it will be in the mail tomorrow! Woohoo!

12/18 UPDATE.........I just spoke with the organization handling this sweep. The rep. said it was an 8GB Ipod nano (she thought). I sure hope they send some i-tunes $ with the prize. I-pod nano is retail 199.00. Maybe it's the i-touch (299.00)? Who knows. I sure am excited!!!!!!!

very nice win! Congrats! I had my first one notarized at the bank where we have an account last week. It was free there.

It's what you have to fill out with your name, address, usually social security number (for reporting to the IRS), and agreeing to the rules. Usually it must be notarized. It's mostly for tax purposes.

I have know idea what kind of MP3 it could be. The ARV is high for an MP3. Just make sure you look up the true value of it for reporting on your tax return. Almost nothing is the same value as the ARV, and you don't want to be paying taxes on an amount it's not worth! :cheers:
