I got an email saying they hadn't received my paperwork, but I had sent it in and had actually gotten a reply. It is confusing. BUT, every email I get from them is marked as junk mail so I have to be very careful about checking that folder. Waiting for more contact information regarding this. I have a class reunion on the east coast next year, so maybe will be able to use it then.

I sent in my paperwork two weeks ago. No confirmation they received it although they did reply back answering another question I had. Very confusing. I am not sure what is going on.
I got an email on Monday saying they were just making sure everyone's paperwork was in order and would be reaching out to me in a day or two. That did not happen, since it's Friday now. I don't know what's going on, but since we are all experiencing the same delay, we probably shouldn't worry. Maybe they are being held up by the sponsor (Frito-Lay). Who knows, because of Covid 19, maybe they are thinking of offering everyone a cash alternative. All I can say is it's a relief to know that I'm not the only ones waiting here.

Got an email this morning from a guy named Gary. Of course, he sent the email to the email address I am no longer using! He wanted to know already where and when I want to take the trip. (One thing I noticed about travel agents, especially for sweepstakes wins, they really want to get you to book ASAP, no matter how long the rules say you have to decide.) I told him my win wasn't even verified yet, so I never talked to my companions about when and where, blah blah

I had asked several questions about booking and they went unacknowledged on the most current one reply. After not hearing anything for 5 days at a time, several times, I then asked them for a possible credit to vrbo and airline of choice and haven’t heard back since. I then re-emailed asking if we could do this over the phone and they didn’t acknowledge that question either.
Yes, I understand what you are saying. I had asked as well about the possibility of Hawaii or Alaska (just because I thought my 2 guests would inquire) and never got a response at all. There was a long delay after I got the original notification (at least 10 days with Memorial weekend in there) and they never did tell me I was verified as a winner. They just turned me over to "Gary", the guy who is handling the travel.
He said the VRBO lists were "pre-Covid", so I never got a list of VRBOs. He said they are just going to customize each trip.
I just hope that by the time my friends and I decide when and where we want to go, "Gary" is still at the end of the email.
Tried to contact them this week, now that my travel companions and I have decided where we want to go. No reply to my email and the phone number that they guy (Gary) gave was not working - although for some reason I was able to leave a voice message. Anyone else having problems here?
Yeah, I found a different email address for "Gary" from a friend who also won this. You'd think he would have notified people that the old one no longer was good. He also said they never anticipated the number of phone calls that they would be getting, for this and other "sweeps stakes" as he said. So they apparently quit answering their phone - but never returned the message I left. So now I have been waiting 8 days for a reply from him on the VRBO that I had picked.
I am losing patience, and am tired of being ghosted. I texted him this morning (after no reply to recent email) and after complaining once again about how busy he was, he said he'd get back to me this afternoon. If he does not, I am going to contact Frito-Lay directly and beg (lol) for a cash alternative, even if it's less than the $5K
