Hi ! I am moving in the near future so will have a new address and phone number. I am wondering what and when is the best time to start using my new address for sweeps? I am just afraid I will get a surprise package from UPS/ fedex and not be aware. Also to complicate things our home wont be ready for us for about a month , we will be staying with family. any advice is appreciated

Could you use your family's address starting asap?
 
we are only going to be there about a month ...I dont want to confuse those people when they come with my big prize ;-) should I start now using my new address even though we wont be there for about 6 weeks?

I would consider each sweeps I enter to determine which address I would be using during the transition.

Consider expiration dates and read rules which often describe prize detail for distribution.

If it's a sweepstakes with a date in the future then use the new address.

If it's something that you could win now and possibly receive prize soon then use current.
