To receive your random NFL team and/or game assignment for a future specified NFL game up to and including the NFL game on October 28, 2018 (each an “NFL Team/Game Assignment”), create an account or login (if you’ve already created an account).
To create an account, you will be required to enter your first name, last name, date of birth, email address, zip code, and create a password for subsequent visits, read these Official Rules (or have the Official Rules read to you) and place a checkmark in the box indicating that you agree to these Official Rules.

4. WINNER DETERMINATION:

Rewards: If your NFL Team wins the game associated with your NFL Team/Game Assignment, you will receive a reward (subject to verification). Odds of winning a reward depend on your NFL Team/Game Assignment and the outcome of that game.
For Clarity:
If you are assigned an NFL Team that does not have an upcoming game due to a Bye week or due to the Promotion timing, you will automatically receive a reward (subject to verification).
If the game associated with your NFL Team/Game Assignment results in a tie, you will receive a reward (subject to verification).
If the game associated with your NFL Team/Game Assignment is not played (for any reason), you will receive a reward (subject to verification).
If the game associated with your NFL Team/Game Assignment is postponed or stopped due to inclement weather (or any other reason) after the game has commenced, rewards will be awarded to individuals who were assigned the winning NFL Team/Game Assignment (if any). The official final game score (which may be determined at a later date) will be determined by the NFL, in their sole discretion.
Grand Prize Drawings: For each Entry Period, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about the Drawing Date listed in Section 2 from among all eligible entries received for the corresponding Entry Period (each a “Grand Prize Drawing”). 9. PRIZE AND REWARD RECIPIENT NOTIFICATIONS:
Reward Recipients: Potential reward recipients will be notified via email. The email will communicate the outcome of the game, the participant’s reward, and instructions on how to claim such reward. Reward recipients will be required to complete the online reward-claim process within five (5) days of notification. If a reward recipient does not claim his/her reward within five (5) days of the second email notification, the reward will be forfeited and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to such participant.
For Entry Periods 1, 2 and 3 Grand Prize Winners: Potential prize winners will be notified by email and will be required to respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours indicating whether he/she accepts the prize. If no response is received within the time allotted, an alternate winner will be selected (time permitting for trip prizes).
