Can't get to the site through the main page

I can't get onto the site accept through my email today. I get a message that says come back later when I try and get to the main sweeps page. Anyone else having this problem?

Hey Amy :) I just can't sign into the main page and maybe it has something to do with AOL I am not sure.
 
It was doing it to me too (IE7), but I came back in through a new window; and got back in. I've been having numerous problems with the site. Why do you think I asked for a exorcism! :laughing:

I think it's just the site, because it wasn't working either with IE7. Since the upgrade, I've been experiencing all kinds of glitches.

By the way, are you talking to yourself above? :scratch:
 
Please close your web browser and try our home page again. The site is load balanced across multiple web servers and you landed on one that wasn't quite ready. :)
 
I think aol is caching the page as everyone on aol uses a proxy. Please try firefox if you have that installed.
 
Well I tried closing browsers loging out and on IE it will open the main page if I close IE and then try again but then when I try and go back to the main page through the drop down menu it gives me the same message to come back later. The only other thing I can try is clearing cookies I guess.
 
:crazytongue: It was down on IE6 also, but seems to be working just fine now.

I, personally, think all maintenance should be done from 12:01 - 2:59 AM EDT.

I just don't like trying to figure out what to try :laughing: I really don't want to download firefox because I had an IT guy tell me not to. I guess I will just mudle through. I guess I don't need my home page

LOL - I wondered!!! :scratch:

I didn't have an answer for you, so when I went to see if I could replicate the problem & couldn't, I got distracted (LOTS of pain meds for that tooth I had pulled last week so I'm even dingier than usual :crazytongue: :whistle:

What was i talking about... oh yeah - Ken is here & he will know what to do - time to try to enter a sweeps or 2, since I'm so out of practice!!! :nono: :cussing: :cry: :sleepy: :crazytongue:
