I really thought Brooke should have went this week...I thought she just did terrible! I think the pouting thing is a combo of thinking it is cute and not realizing it is so stupid looking!

Oh my gosh...I think David Cook is SO cute when he is waiting to hear the judges comments!! I love the way he wrinkles his nose...just adorable!! I think it is a two horse race between him and David A. though...I just love those two!! I will be glad to get a CD of both of them soon ~ I think they both are going to make it BIG!!!

I quit watching weeks ago. I really didn't get to know the Idols(except for the Irish chick) because I was just so bored with them. I decided to watch it the night they were doing Mariah and was like WHOA!! when I saw and heard the rocker dude(blondish-brown hair). He took a sappy love song and made it good! I won't be buying his CD but I thought he did really well, considering.

And how in the hell did Mariah surpass The King? :scratch:

Yeah, she may have had more hits than Elvis, but can anyone remember them? I never really liked Mariah anyhow, especially once she had her "mental breakdown" several years ago...when she disappeared from the spotlight. Without American Idol this past week, I would have been hard-pressed to name a Mariah song, let alone a hit song from her. :scratch:

She is the over singing queen! Such a diva and I just want to throw stuff at the tv...the only song that I have ever liked is the one she did with Whitney and the one with Boyz 2 Men...the rest are what I call fluff...just a bunch of mess.

She might have passed Elvis in numbers, but she never will pass him in my heart! Elvis is one for the ages...and if she didn't have her live-in cook she would be as big as he was by now :booty"

Glad she isn't the president...they would have done arrested me by now for threatening that girl :crazytongue:

I saw where she had a live-in cook. I remember thinking dang, wish I had one!

I was shocked to hear about her beating the Elvis record too. I was like "What?" :scratch:

Then when she sang on Idol I felt like I could hear her backup singers more than her. :laughing:

OK, wasn't to terrible tonight. Not as bad as I thought it would be.

David C~ He could look at the camera and sing happy birthday I would be like "That's just the greatest Version EVER" :laughing:

David A~ I actually liked him tonight. Usually he is just to cutesy for me.

Brooke~ I really, really, really dislike this girl. the pouting and the crinkled up forehead like she is really listening to watch the judges say drives me crazy.

Jason~~ When he started singing I said out loud "OMG! someone shoot me!!!!..

Carly~ good but boring. That dress was very distracting. Someone needs to get this poor girl a stylist. STAT.

Syeshia~ another very good performance. however, There is no way she is winning this thing.

And Paula once again doesn't disappoint. :popcorn: I wish I could be so optimistic all the freakin time. The Devil could come on stage, pitchfork and all, and start singing come on baby light my fire and she would be like...oh Satan,,, I just cant believe how wonderful that was. What a lovely voice. And you look great with that pitchfork. Whatever paula.. keep on sipping that vodka, um I mean Coke Sweepstakes.
 
I actually enjoyed Carly Smithson's performance...her strong, rock voice belted out that "Superstar" song. I even liked her outfit...quite chic...

My cutey boy David Archuleta sang another beautiful song, although it was not his best performance.

Syesha had a nice performance as well. She's trying to make a comeback....but will it work?

Jason Castro, what can I say about him? Not the best song choice for him. I'd call his performance disappointing, but since most of his performances have been bad, I'm actually not disappointed when he does so. I expect his nasty, dreadlock-haired self to do badly... :crazytongue:

Jason was terrible. They say that there are pictures of him smoking pot :laughing: Is anyone really surprised??? Come on!! Still think he has the prettiest eyes ever! They just sparkle...must be from the smoke ~lol!!

Did Andrew Lloyd Weber seem like a butthole to you guys also?? It just seemed like to me that he couldn't stand for the kids to sing his precious songs...if not, why did he even come on the show? Did he not know that they were going to sing :error:

I have been saying that from the beginning. and Its not the dreads that got me thinking that. Its his whole laid back, groovy, peace brother and sisters act. I always say.. step away from the bong jason.

Ryan is making me furious! I hate the way he toys with these kids emotions...asking them about how easy is was for them to sing...then boom! You're in the bottom two!
 
Ryan is such a jerk. just like when Michael got voted off. He said this time last year we didn't vote anyone off...long pause..... this year we are. you are going home. what a ass.

I think brooke is still around because she is this year's sanjay.. vote for worse thing..

Poor syeshia. every week she is in the bottom. even when she sings well. what a shame.
 
Okay...the show is on now ~ I just watched Brooke sing 'I'm a believer' and it was so terrible ~ good grief, why couldn't she have been gone last week???

Jason was better than normal...David C ~ can sing me anything! Love his voice!

Watching as I type so I will have to see how Archie and Syesha do!
