When a Sweepstakes Doesn’t Work

It is very frustrating when you want to enter a sweepstakes, but there is a problem with the entry form or the website.  If you found that sweepstakes through a link at SweepsAdvantage or SweepstakesPlus, you may have noticed that there is a link where you can report a broken sweepstakes.   Before submitting that report, please take a moment to think about the nature of the problem.

Simply put, SweepsAdvantage and SweepstakesPlus only link to various websites, but we do not administer them.  If there is a problem with a sponsor's website, only the sponsor can fix it.

The kinds of things we can do involve editing our own listing.  If our link is incorrect, we can correct the link to lead you to the right sweepstakes page.  We can correct typos in our own listings.  We can remove a listing that has expired.  We can add a code to the listing if we have it.  Sometimes we can add a note with an entry tip.  Again, we can only edit our own content.

If the sweepstakes entry form doesn't load correctly.  Or the captcha code won't work.  Or the page won't advance.  Or you aren't getting a confirmation page.  or you have requested a code and it hasn't arrived.  Or you have an objection to the prize.  Or your prize hasn't arrived.  CONTACT THE SWEEPSTAKES SPONSOR.

We want you to have the best sweepstakes experience possible.  It would be great if we could fix problems with a sponsor's website, but we can't.  We would recommend that you run your firewall and anti-virus software on a regular basis so that your own computer doesn't cause problems for you.  If the problem isn't with your computer, and it isn't within one of our listings, please, contact the sweepstakes sponsor for assistance.
