If you have been a member of Sweepstakes Advantage for months or maybe years and your wins have just been ..ok maybe its time for a change.  SA is a great site and it has many resources but in the last couple years we made a conscious decision to provide an upgraded version of SA for a low annual fee.  You might ask, why charge a membership fee at all? Well, the premium site doesn't have any banners on it which allows the pages to load faster and hopefully allow you to enter sweeps faster.  The premium site known as Sweepstakes Plus also took several months to build and perfect and was a significant investment. Sweepstakes Plus also allows members to customize more settings and requires a more complicated management of data. All of these things account for why we need to charge a fee. BTW, the annual fee is only $30 per year or $2.50 per month.  

Sweepstakes Plus is the next Generation of Sweeping

Before we built Sweepstakes Plus we asked our members what they wanted in a premium sweepstakes site. There was a ton of input from the color of the pages and links to what the site should do.  If you try a free trial of sweepstakes plus you will see what I mean. The colors and the layout are different from SA. But what sets Plus apart from Advantage is the features. The biggest feature is Custom My Sweepstakes. If you have ever started organizing your sweepstakes lists you know that the more detailed you get the more accurate your entries will be.

There are soo many types of promotions, giveaways, contests, instant wins, daily entry, facebook, etc. And along with that each of these promotion types can have their own entry limit or nuances. For instance a face-book promotion can also be an instant win. A daily entry promotion can also allow 12 entries a day. Because of this you need a way to create custom categories for your listings. With SA all your facebook sweeps would have to be placed in your face-book category and your daily sweeps on in your daily list. With Sweepstakes Plus you can create any type of custom category you want.

What else can I do with Custom My Sweepstakes on Sweepstakes Plus?

You can create a category called Daily-12Times a Day and stick all those types of listings in that custom category. And did I mention that you can call the custom categories anything you like? Some examples would be John's Daily Double, Tim's Instants Ending in September, Sandra's Essays, and so on. Some people think they only need to use my sweepstakes for dailes but there is a unlimited amount of uses. Organizing your sweepstakes lists to give yourself the best advantage is KEY.  Whether you organize based on entry frequency, prize or promotion is up to you.  I'll talk more about plus in another blog article in the future.
