T-Mobile the Company in My Experience
I think I've tried just about every cell phone company there is. The number one priority is that the cell service be decent most of the time and the price not be outrageous. Before I go on I've actually tried other cell phone companies Verizon, Sprint, Google, etc and these others had OK cell coverage overall with the exception of Google. Google when we tried them maybe had some growing pains because their network was new.
The 2 things we liked about T-Mobile was that their price was lower and they offered discounts for seniors. Also their price doesn't go up and down with the weather. You pay the same price each month. Their network also continues to improve with the advent of 5G. We actually have a family member using the T-Mobile wireless home internet and they get blazing fast speed. We still use Xfinity cable internet because we need reliability but would definitely try T-Mobile Home Internet if we need a backup of just wanted to try something new.
T-Mobile & T-Mobile Tuesday Perks
Do you get scam calls? T-Mobile has a free app called Scam Shield. It blocks most of the tel-marketer phone calls from your phone. I've had a big decrease in spam calls since using it. Their other app T-Mobile Tuesdays has lots of weekly bonuses. When I first signed up I was getting a free Dunkin Donuts coffee every week. I thought this was really great considering all you had to do was claim the free coffee on their app and let the Dunkin people scan the code. The T-Mobile Tuesdays change every week so be sure to open the app and redeem them each week.

One of the most amazing things about T-Mobile Tuesdays is their sweepstakes. The T-Mobile Tuesdays Sweepstakes come out on almost every Tuesday and feature amazing prizes.
