You must also be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for entry. This fabulous giveaway pops up occasionally, but this season's Publix Sweepstakes starts on January 5, 2022, and ends on March 31, 2022.
Throughout the survey, they will ask you several questions about the Publix where you received the invitation for the survey. Your answers will be kept completely confidential; the responses will only be reported as totals. You will need to have your invitation available from a receipt to fill out the survey online. However, there is an alternative for those do not wish to make a grocery purchase at Publix.
