Does anyone else love to go camping? It's one of my favorite things to do. Of course I'm not really all that adventurous as I have never camped in a tent and don't plan on it. I have to have my RV with running water, air conditioning, a soft bed and complete shelter from the wild outdoors. This means the camping contests that I'm interested in consist of the ones that are giving away free RV's or camping supplies I can use with my current RV. My family tries to go camping once a month but as I type, we haven't went once this year. And all of these camping contests are making me itch to go.
Some of the contests that are currently running are for camping trips that give you a chance to participate in a certain program that they have running – similar to summer camp but with more perks. Other contests give you a break to more luxurious campgrounds. Have you ever wanted to go to Drum Camp? I know a few guys who would love that prize! You get a week of intense hands-on drum training with some of the finest artists in the world! And don't forget the camp contests that are geared to get your kids out of the house and interacting with other kids. Add to that one of the coolest contests that Seventeen has ever run – a trip to the Bahamas to their Atlantis Fantasy Camp and you have got a lot of reasons to sit at the computer. Honest. That's as good as excuse as I can give you right now.
If you are more adventurous than I am, you could enter one of the camping contests where you can win gear to help you survive in the wild outdoors. Gerber Legendary Blades has one of those contests running until the end of this month. You could win a sleeping bag, a tent, clothing, sunglasses, water bottles, and so much more! Or enter the Big Mountain Adventures contest where you can win a trip to a mountain bike camp in Switzerland. You can't get much more adventurous than mountain biking and I think I shall pass and let you win that one. Get busy. There are a lot more contests that I haven't even mentioned!
