Sweepstakes wins are always meant to make the winner enjoy his or her well deserved win. That’s how it should be, right? I have always believed that are meant will remain meant, and I’m even more convinced after hearing the story of one of our Sweepstakes Advantage members who had to turn down a big win only to find out something equally great is coming her way. Sweepstakes Win That Was Meant for Her

If you’re an avid reader of our blogs or you constantly post on our SA forum, you have probably heard of her name – Kcmoviebuff – a silver SA member. Back in November, Kcmoviebuff won huge with a trip to Chicago from a company named First Alert. Due to family duties – her brother who is living with her had health problems that does not allow him to travel – she had to turn down the offer.

She communicated with First Alert and told them about her story. She ended up turning down the trip again as another one of her brothers has a health problem (thankfully, it’s resolved now!). She decided to give up on the offer so that First Alert can award it to someone else. But First Alert had better plans. So instead, they decided to send Kcmoviebuff a check worth $4,000 knowing she deserve the win no matter what!

As part of the package, First Alert also gave our SA member one of their products which is a carbon monoxide detector. It was an awesome sweepstakes prize package that she will never ever forget. She couldn’t help but be thankful for First Alert and the representative that Kcmoviebuff had been talking to since the start. Now our lucky member is buying a part of the money to fly his brother and his wife so they can spend some time together. It was a wonderful year-end gift for an SA member who values her family a lot! Year End Sweepstakes

How was your 2011? I couldn’t wait to hear how great your year was. It was a great year for Sweepstakes Advantage and for most of its members. We average at least 1,500 new sweepstakes added every week which means more sponsors are trusting SA in promoting their sweepstakes and contests to reach out to more sweepers and increase their visibility.
